Experience matters.

The relocation quarterback.
This premier San Diego-based operator of membership warehouse clubs in Central America, the Caribbean, and South America needed to relocate hundreds of employees to a new Support Headquarters. This project involved readying two floors, from 92,463 SF of space, in PriceSmart’s newly purchased, 4-story, Class A building and then diligently decommissioning three floors, totaling 50,000 SF, of PriceSmart’s existing space.
TRANSOM’s Debra Aitken was up for the challenge.
Overall, the project required vendor scope building and detail management for all FF&E.
This included furniture for private offices, workstations, conference and meetings rooms, phone booths, and common areas; exterior and interior signage; physical relocation to the new space and decommissioning of the former site; new copier equipment; and specialty branding, including a corporate story wall.
TRANSOM absorbed the complexities of the project’s dual objectives so that PriceSmart’s team could remain productive, focused, and calm while their workspace evolved. Throughout the project, Debra maintained close, collaborative communication and realized substantial cost savings for PriceSmart.
